Chat with Kempton Lam and Ideas Revolution
Yesterday I was kindly invited to engage in a chat with Calgary based blogger, filmmaker and consultant, Kempton Lam, who is constructing a series of interviews with filmmakers who are screening at this year's Calgary International Film Festival.
I met Kempton back in 2003 when my feature film defining edward played CIFF and was very pleased to hear that Kempton went on to make his own feature length documentary on Leung Kowk-hung, a legislative council member and long time social activist in Hong Kong, which premiered at the Calgary festival in 2005. (I'm going to go ahead and take credit for inspiring some of that can-do attitude.)
