Chat with Kempton Lam and Ideas Revolution

Yesterday I was kindly invited to engage in a chat with Calgary based blogger, filmmaker and consultant, Kempton Lam, who is constructing a series of interviews with filmmakers who are screening at this year's Calgary International Film Festival.

I met Kempton back in 2003 when my feature film defining edward played CIFF and was very pleased to hear that Kempton went on to make his own feature length documentary on Leung Kowk-hung, a legislative council member and long time social activist in Hong Kong, which premiered at the Calgary festival in 2005. (I'm going to go ahead and take credit for inspiring some of that can-do attitude.)

2007 Calgary Film Fest Blog

Kait Kucy at the Calgary International Film Festival asked me to participate in a Q & A for the official festival blog. So, yes, even though the 'official' announcement has yet to be made by yours truly, "What You're Ready For", the 2nd film in my Kilter trilogy of shorts, is premiering at Calgary this year on September 23rd (just over two weeks away).

Check the news page for a media release in the coming days. And watch for a bunch of site updates to appear soon. I know, promises... promises...
